- COBRA/Continuation: As a complimentary service for our group clients, we send the initial notification to terminated employees of their COBRA/Continuation rights. Should an employee choose to enroll, we notify the insurance company of their election & help you administer COBRA.
- Annual Market Analysis: At the time of renewal every year, MIB provides a market analysis to determine if your insurance company is still the most competitive for your employees. We also help you make changes or add policies that would better serve the needs of you and your employees.
- Customer Service: MIB wants to be your first point of contact whenever there is a question or issue regarding your coverage. MIB Plus provides ongoing administrative help for your employees including where to obtain lower healthcare costs, expert second opinions and billing/claims issues with your insurance company, for a small fee.
